Each challenge lasts between 3 and 5 minutes. Five in-game levels. Each run uses 1 game per player. Come solo or bring a crew — the leaderboard doesn't care either way.
Every challenge has 5 levels. You start at Level 1 — play well, earn XP, and the game escalates. Hit each threshold and the difficulty ramps up: faster, tighter, less forgiving. Reach Level 5 and you're playing at maximum intensity.
The floor is toxic. Move from platform to platform without ever touching the ground. The longer you survive, the harder it gets — faster transitions, smaller windows, no room for hesitation.
Watch your landing zones. The platforms aren't always where you think they'll be.
Pick up your blaster. Targets light up around the room — shoot the lit ones, never the dark ones. One wrong shot costs you. Speed and accuracy both matter. At level 5, they both have to be perfect.
Don't spray. Wait for the light, then fire. Accuracy beats speed at the higher levels.
Communicate and synchronize with your team to identify and activate the right buttons at the right moment. As you progress through the levels, the challenge gets faster and demands even more coordination. In XPRESS, clear communication can make all the difference.
Communicate clearly and quickly. Call out the buttons you spot and synchronize your actions with your team before making your move.
Buttons light up across the room. Hit them — but don't cross the laser beams cutting through the space. The lasers are static, but as the levels climb, the grid gets tighter and the buttons get harder to reach without breaking a beam.
Plan your route before you move. A second of thinking saves three seconds of dodging.
You and your teammates stand on opposite sides of a maze. You can't see what the others see. You need to talk, coordinate, and move in sync to guide the cube through the maze together. SYNK punishes silence and rewards teamwork above everything.
Call out what you see, not just what you're doing. Your teammates need your eyes, not your hands.
Launch balls through rings to hit the targets. The rings aren't always lined up in your favour. Read the angle, judge the distance, time the throw. At higher levels the margin for error disappears and every shot has to count.
Aim for the ring, not the target. Get the arc right and the target takes care of itself.
