  • What is JeuXP?
    JeuXP is a challenge center: you enter, play for 3 minutes per challenge, then step out!
    Your goal: beat your score, earn XP points, and reach all 5 levels.
    Each room tests your reflexes, cardio, or precision.

  • Do I need to book in advance?
    No reservation is required. Just show up whenever you want and play!

  • How many people can play?
    You can play solo or in a team of 2 to 4 players.

  • What’s the minimum age?
    Access is not permitted for children under 6 years old.
    Players under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
    We recommend ages 16 and up to fully enjoy the experience.

  • Do I need to sign a waiver?
    Yes. A liability waiver must be signed upon arrival before playing.

  • What types of challenges are there?
    Speed, precision, coordination… each room offers a unique and immersive challenge.

  • How long does a challenge last?
    Each challenge lasts 3 minutes. You can play as many rounds as you want, depending on the time package you’ve chosen.

  • Can you see everything in one visit?
    No — and that’s what makes it fun! The idea is to come back, discover new challenges, beat your score, and reach all 5 XP levels.

  • Are all rooms always open?
    Yes, except in cases of exceptional maintenance.

  • What should I wear?
    Wear comfortable clothes — light sportswear or casual. There’s no specific dress code — what matters most is that you can move freely!

  • Can I leave and come back the same day?
    Yes, as long as your bracelet or pass is still valid, you can exit and return anytime during the day.

  • Do you have lockers?
    Yes, secure lockers are available to store your personal belongings while you play.

  • How can I make a reservation?
    For group reservations of 10 people or more, you can contact us:

  • Do you host parties or private events?
    Yes! It’s possible to reserve the entire space for a party, corporate event, or special activity.

  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, gift cards are available directly at the reception.

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Once your bracelet has been purchased, no refund is possible, except in the event of a major technical issue preventing the activity from taking place.
