Rules
Important — By accessing JeuXP's facilities,
each participant agrees to the following rules in their entirety.
Minimum age: Access to the games is reserved for
persons aged 6 and over. Anyone under 14 years old
must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Alcohol and drugs: Access is prohibited to anyone
under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance affecting
their faculties.
Staff directives: Participants must comply with
staff instructions at all times. Any refusal to comply may result
in immediate expulsion without refund.
Respect for facilities: Any abusive use or
intentional damage to equipment or rooms will result in billing
for repair or replacement costs.
Safety: Participants must behave in a safe and
respectful manner toward other players and staff. Any behavior
deemed dangerous, violent, or inappropriate may lead to expulsion
without refund.

Terms of Use
Participation in JeuXP activities implies full and unreserved
acceptance of the following conditions.
Assumption of risk: Participation in JeuXP
activities is at the participants' own risk. Although the
games are designed to be safe, the Operator cannot be held
responsible for minor injuries, falls, or accidents occurring
in the normal course of the activity.
Tickets and payments: All ticket sales are
final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, unless
otherwise required by law. Prices displayed are before taxes.
Applicable taxes are added at the time of payment.
Limitation of liability: The Operator assumes no
responsibility for any loss, theft, or material damage suffered by
participants during their time in the facilities.
Right of expulsion: The Operator reserves the
right to expel any participant who fails to comply with the rules
or exhibits inappropriate behavior, without refund.
Applicable law: These Terms of Use are governed
by the laws of Québec. Any dispute shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
judicial district of Montreal (Québec).

Privacy Policy
Collection of personal information: JeuXP may
collect certain personal information, including name, email address,
phone number, as well as information related to reservations and
payments.
Use of information: This information is used solely
to manage reservations and payments, communicate with clients
(confirmation, follow-up, promotions), and ensure the safety and
proper functioning of activities.
Retention and protection: Information is stored
securely and only for as long as necessary for the purposes for
which it was collected. Access is limited to authorized JeuXP staff.
